A bathroom was renovated for a renown Chicago architect's own home. Plan sliced cherry, used in both solid wood and veneer, sets the warm tone of the room.

Master Bath

Doors were constructed in flat panel style while drawer faces were left flush. The countertop is an igneous slate imported from England, commonly known as Kirkstone.
